ABOUT ME

I trained under Mike Davis of the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, and at Birkbeck University London.

I strive to understand the anxieties we face in our everyday lives and enjoy learning why and what we are. Because we are complex beings we often need help to appreciate and enjoy the amazing world we live in and understand what we have been blessed with. I am here to provide you with the knowledge, skills and tools to help you understand yourself, you can become your own therapist, independent of me.

Like most people I have suffered from stress, occasionally it is out of our control, our bigger problem is that we fail to realise when we can control it. We struggle with balancing a fast pace life alongside socialising and family, and often blame ourselves for falling short of our perceived goals. This is where hypnotherapy, CBT and mindfulness can help.

My experience has been built up over years. I use tested scientific techniques within the consulting room. Keeping up with the latest research ensures that the evidence based techniques I use are empirical and results driven.
